MAIA-T is a product of the MAIA breeding program, an open-pollinated Honeycrisp that harvests 1-3 weeks after Gala. It has an incredibly complex flavor, great texture and is tart with a sweet finish. Not the prettiest apple, but it is a favorite at farm market tastings!
